Of course, all our goods are in-house.

Are the samples chargeable/refundable/adjustable?
Chargeable. Yes, Absolutely.
Refundable. No. Not at all.
Adjusted. Yes, the sampling charges will be adjusted if you buy.
Shipping. All shipping charges (sampling & otherwise are to buyers’ or agents’ account.)

Size ratios, color ratios and packing lists.

How to get accurate packing lists?
Please note that we deal mostly in over-runs and excess productions. These products do not come in exact ratios or with any types of packing lists.

Inspection.

We allow encourage you or your authorized person to physically visit and inspect the goods before buying.

Deposits / Advance payments.

No, we do not need a deposit to arrange for the goods.
No, we do not need an advance to confirm any deal.

If you want to block any merchandise for a few days without making full payment, you’d be required to put a non-refundable deposit in order to cover our potential loss of sales.

Partial quantities?

Since we own the stock ourselves, its absolutely fine if you’d like to buy half of something, or a fraction* of it.
